Marcus Camby to the Blazers

Looks like he's on his way to the Blazers. The Clippers get Steve Blake and Travis Outlaw in return. I dont have the full details yet, but hopefully that isn't all the Clippers get.

Source says Clippers have dealt Marcus Camby for Travis Outlaw and Steve Blake. Details and deeper confirmation to follow on the mothership.

OMG!!! WHY not??? I mean..isn't that what the Clippers are GOOD for?? Gettin some of the BEST players via 1st round draft..(Pretty much EVERY YEAR) and trades for some of the better players..and just GIVIN'EM away.
But..seriously?? PORTLAND!?!? WHere's the Camby LOVE man..

Camby, 35, is averaging 7.7 points and 12.1 rebounds for the Clippers.

I mean..com'ON man..he's AVG'ING!! 12.1 Rebounds a GAME!! Pff.. Bring'em to CHITOWN baby..we'll show you how to use that kind of talent!!

Steve Blake is a good point guard, no doubt. And Travis Outlaw is nice and athletic and all.

But seeing how they're already stacked with good point guards and athletic swingmen, why make the trade?? I would understand if it was to make room for Griffin in the starting line up, but seeing how he's out for this year, there's really no reason to get rid of this defensive stalwart.

And to think, I thought the Clippers were really starting to shed their stupid status. NOT!!!!
