    No clue as to what it is or the value..just thought it was neat and picked it up...anyone seen this sort of thing before???

    Thanks guys..not really sure what I payed for it...I bought a few other items as well...picked up 2 3 cent nickles and a 3 dollar bill all very fine condition...again thanks for the kind remarks and the research
