    Is it worth it?

I was recently looking on ebay and I saw a "Sports address book" which supposedly has atletes addresses. Has anyone ever bought these? If so is it worth it?

P.S. If anyone has one for trade or sale please let me know, thanks.

I don't know what book you are referring to. But the standard that almost everyone uses is called "Meiselman" available at:

They run in the $20 range. So it depends on how many autographs you plan on sending out. If plan on doing it a lot, it is well worth it. If you only want a couple addresses for certain players, it's better just to work out a deal on the Autograph Forum or surf the net to find it.

Depends on how much. If its a sum of money that you won't regret loosing, then go for it. You also have to think about the quality of the players addys they send. Many big name athletes try to keep their personal lives as hidden as possible. Basically are they gonna send you names of players that are no good? It mainly depends on how much of a risk you are willing to take. I've never seen this kind of book so i question the credentials that follow it. Sending care of the team complex is a much less intrusive way, and results in more successes for me in the past.
