    Which book?

    The big O
    by Oscar Robertson

    or

    When the Game Was Ours
    by Magic Johnson

What do you guys think? are there any others besides the two worth checking out?

leaning towards the big O just because I can get a hard cover copy for under $9

Personally, I'd go to the library, check them both out, and read them both...free of charge that way! Then, if you really like one, you can buy it later.

    Oh boy, what's my prize???

I've checked out just about every basketball book, written by or about the athletes, available at the library - haven't read one that I haven't enjoyed, but I can't remember all the different books right off hand...still looking for a KG book though, although I don't believe there is one out yet.

I used to devour sports books when I was younger (I probably read every basketball book printed in the '90s, lol), but I don't read them as much now.
