Where to you send DAMAGED Upper Deck Cards??

I have about 25 damaged 2008-09 OPC Retro Cards and tonight I just opened a pack of 09-10 UD Series 1 and got a damaged GU card with Glue on it.

IF any has some information on what area or department I send these damaged cards to that would be great.

I am not sure if UD has an operations office in Canada or if I would send to the USA.

You would have to send them to the UD HQ in California. Contact them via phone to get yourself a case file # to send along with the cards for replacement.

I sent a couple of mine back using my LCS who I bought the box from. They took care of it for me. Still waiting word though as to how UD will replace it since it's 2 low-print cards.

they will actually send you a replacment with the same number stamped on, most of the time. I had atleast a dozen with print runs under 100 replaced last year

This is correct.

I had an Ovie treasured swatch from this year, that they substituted a Ser I Game used in it's place. When I talked to the rep, he mentioned they might be out of stock, and he asked me what would I like as a substitute, as they will not reproduce the same card, with the same numbering.

They really need a hockey guy or two down there.

I've seen it done all three ways. I sent back a 07/08 Sweet Shot Roy triple jersey which was damaged. They sent back a different card (3clrs instead of 2) with the same stamped number on it.

I also sent a Tanguay stick auto which was smudged but since it was out of /25 they didn't replace it. They sent it back and 3 packs of 07/08 SPx (interesting aside the three packs had all three rookie variations, jer/auto, jer, neither, found that interesting).

And finally I've sent one back that was replaced with a different card of equal bv (Zetterberg Pride of a Nation and instead I got a Kopitar).
