Not really, it will depend on whether or not it can increase the interest in players like Bergeron, and Getzlaf. Brodeurs stuff is already up there in price, so I don't know if I see it going up anymore in value.

Given that Brodeur and Bergeron had very subpar tournaments, don't count on them getting much of a bump. Getzlaf may get a slight increase in interest, but with all three of those guys there is so much on the market that it'll be a negligible amount. Demand will go up but there's far more than enough supply to appease just about everybody who wants anything.

That said, since that young man scored the golden goal, an ungraded YG sold for $280 and a BGS 9.5 went for $649.99.

The chances there will be some short term interest, especially in the guys who had a great tournament, but when the NHL resumes, there will be more than likely a resumption of interest on hot players there. it's all about the in the now.

You could try selling them on the bay, or here, and see how your luck pans out, but do it quickly before the novelty of these players wear off. Although Brodeur, and Getzlaf do get some action, there just might be a little more at the moment.

I could see some nicer Crosby stuff even go for more as more folks hope on the bandwagon and get caught up in the euphoria.
