I have a couple that still bug me.

I remember buying like half a box of 98-99 SPx Top Prospects, from my LCS when it came out for like $120 because there was a chance at Yzerman autographs in that set. 12 years ago, that was a lot of money for me to spend on cards and it has always bugged me that I did not pull anything worth remembrance.

I also bought a Mark McGwire Rookie during the hype of the home run race during the summer of '98 for $100. Needless to say, I never got a return on that purchase. I ended up getting it graded BGS 7.5 and sold it on ebay last year for about $15.

Most recently, while enjoying a few beverages and scanning auctions on ebay one night I came across a lot of graded cards that sounded good so I hastily put in a bid without checking the $BV on the stuff. It was about $225 with shipping, and I've yet to sell anything from the purchase.

    Lessons learned.....

Not bidding on certain Sbisa's because I thought they would either reappear for a better price or I was bidding on something else.

Still have yet to see a couple of his cards. Like his ClearCut rookie and his rookie materials patch.
