Well I know ITG does pretty good for customer service. Over the years I heard a few complaints but nothing like compare to UD. Try to find any complaining about ITG on here currently compared with UD. I know there two different size companies but when you can find a hundred complaining about quality control, redemptions, or other rants about cs from UD and none about ITG that I seen recently I think that speaks volumes.
Thought I know a few members here have had issues and ranted it been a long time since it happened. As Dr. Price said I just hope UD flourishes as it never a good thing when the number one card manufacturer closes it doors. Would be a huge ripple effect for the hobby. I cannot guess about Panini as you never know what might be as it the future (time will tell).

I've also heard that rumour.
Panini isn't that bad though. Actually bought 2 pack of Donruss Elite Extra Edition baseball and the cards look quite nice. I actually really like them. Lots of parallels though. I've heard though that all there sets look too much alike which isn't that good. If Upper Deck loses hockey though they are history. The have lost Baseball, Basketball, and World of Warcraft all within a year and if they lose hockey then I can't see how they could possibly survive. I would say it is next to impossible if they lose hockey.

I really hope UD doesn't lose hockey. For all the negative press they get I have had nothing but a great experience with them. I think they have the best products and really hope they continue to stay afloat. That said, ITG definitely has some of the nicest patches out there, but the card designs just all look the same to me.
