Buying 2009 Bowman Chrome WBC/Prospect base +

I feel this will be a solid base for down the road and with that in mind I am looking to buy all of the RC/Prospect and MOST WBC cards. I have no interest in veteran WBC players such as Ichiro and so forth, but players who are NOT in the Majors or whom are in the minors, WBC prospects as it were, like Phillipe Aumont

This is the 2009 Bowman Chrome Baseball. Not the Bowman Drafts and prospects box released in December
HOWEVER, I assume I would be interested in Chromes and insert variants from this set as well,however my interest in the base card would be limited to the player as the cards are cheap in card stock and seem to have little to no value overall.
