He's only about a 75%er on SCN. Look like for every 6 or so request it seems like someone doesn't get theirs back. I'm sure you'd get him if you try again.
Thanks man. I might do that, I love reading sports biogs and sports books.

One today. Pretty cool one.
Charlie Hennigan, 6/3. Signed my custom, and 8x10, kept my 97 UD Legends, and sent three 8.5x5 photos with nice career/stat bio on the back. Also wrote me a note back, which was also signed. Sorta wish he'd have signed the Legends, but it's fine. I do wish he didn't put his website on the photo though, makes it tough to display. Anyone know if the dry erase trick works on a matte finish?

The back of each of the photos he sent.

On a side note, any of you NFL HOF collectors need this cert of Charley Taylor? $10 DVLD or a trade? My thread instantly gets buried in the Buy/Sell section, suppose it's easier if you're trying to move more than two items.

Two today.
Dave Wilcox, 1/1. c/o HOF. Sent $10. Think he charges $15 or $20, but seems to be pretty lenient. Glad to finally have him on a card for the HOF book.

Bob Addis, 1/1. I've officially begun this, attempting to obtain all the living Cubs I can TTM. Though I refuse to pay $10-$15 fees for some of these guys who played in the bigs for three years and did nothing. Surprises me how many people do send and pay the fees for guys like that. Anyways, Mr. Addis signed my custom perfectly, and fast. Got tons to send out this week.

And an eBay pickup.
Bruce Matthews cert. Got it for around $20 or so. Decent price considering his certs are few and far between and rarely signs TTM.

It's really a great looking card, love that it's on-card too.

That Mathews is sweet & Wilcox looks great. Need to send to him.
Couldnt agree more. I have wanted to try some players that played in the big leagues but some of there prices are alittle to much for my blood. Wonder if its because Baseball is the " Most popular sport " <--& thats Debatable.
In my graphing experience seems that Baseball players are more inclined to charge for a sig then in any other sport. Granted its there sig & there time so its completly up to them but never really understood it.

Thanks man. Yup, I don't really know either. I mean it's cool if it's for charity or something, but its still hard to justify a high fee for a nobody player.

Matthews, like the rest of his family, was a stud...awesome pick-up.
Have to agree with you guys on the fees, though, I have no problem sending $5 or $10 to Hall of Famers like Rollie Fingers and Goose Gossage; that's beyond reasonable, and actually a great deal. But if you had a cup of coffee in the Majors, that's pushing it to me...

John Kundla, 3/2.

He included this little print out. He also signed my IC but I forgot to scan it.
And all of these.. I bought them from HOFcollecting here on SCF. He's great to deal with!

Definitely puts a nice dent in my HOF needs.Last edited by REDANDGOLDPRIDE; 08-01-2011 at 07:32 PM.
