Psyched me out today. Got some new shoes delievered this morning but the box was empty.. Mail showed up later with a couple good ones.

Steve Largent, 1/1. Signed my 8x10 with my silver (I tell them to just keep it, don't wanna risk it not working for someone else, they're only 50 cents a pop, and totally worth it).. Even got the HOF incription without asking.



Will Shields, 1/1. Signed my 8x10. Such a great guy and was an amazing player. Inscribed as requested.

That Largent is awesome. I got one from him many years ago... I was in DC while he was serving in Congress and dropped it off at his office. When I came home, it followed shortly. Class act.

Thanks! And yep! Forgetting what they're called atm (They're all out in transit lol) but yeah, the $1 a pack ones from WM. They have worked great for the three returns I've gotten with them so far.

Roger Brown, 2/2. Roger was an amazing DT with the Lions & Rams in the 60's Went to 6 Pro Bowls. His signature game was the "Thanksgiving Day Massacre" where he sacked Bart Starr six times, one for a safety. Talk to anyone that played with or against him, and they'd tell you he belongs in the Hall. I would agree with them.



Sent back a form letter about his foundation. He doesn't require or ask for donations, but offers the opportunity. I'll probably send $5.. It's not much, but hey.

On the subject of Shields, I found a Pro Bowl-worn jersey card of his at the flea market yesterday...paid $1.50 for it. Thought of this thread when I saw it, and couldn't say no at that price!
