Yeah, I made a template (background) that I reuse for every one and just paste the cut out images I do in GIMP (Photoshop clone), get them printed and cut them out.

If you don't mind, could you tell me the size of the cards? Is it something around 2.5x3.5 inches? Also, how many do you put on a single sheet before you print?

The cards are 2.5 wide and 3.5 tall. I actually make the card, and then open a new project in GIMP, and make a blank 4x6, and then paste the card to the middle of it and print each out on a 4x6. I usually do them at Walgreens, or upload them online, I find doing that is cheaper then blowing through ink and photo paper on my printer here at home, and I get a better quality print with plenty of room to cut them out.

That sounds great, I have a Walgreens not 5 minutes from my house so I'll have to try that out.

    Got Rickey Jackson today!

Kinda wish he did a HOF '10 inscription like the rest of this year's class. Can't complain though!

    Bryan Bulaga came today.

Pretty sweet success, I had sent an index card because I noticed he was signing and wanted to strike while the iron was hot, and I had just made and got 15 customs printed and sent out the day before, so I couldn't whip up a custom to print because I print them at Walmart.. So he ended up keeping the IC and sending his own card. Awesome success from one of my favorite Hawkeyes!

Thanks. I didn't bother requesting the inscription, but I really wish he would add it. Just need to get Floyd Little and John Randle to complete my HOF class for this year (Rice and Smith don't do TTM obviously)
