Thanks man, did you send many to ST?
Thanks dude.
Thanks, hopefully it does!
Alright, nothing today but yesterday I did get a return from Willie Roaf. 1/1.

Willie was always a favorite of mine, hope he gets in the Hall in '12.

I sent a few to ST, but mostly the bigger name guys like Votto, Sabathia, etc. I'll probably send to both Bourjos and Ackley once the season gets underway...Loving that Roaf by the way!

Cool, cool. I'll probably send to Sabathia and Hamilton sometime in August, hope to get on that off-season signing window. I didn't mess with attempts at stars much for ST (sans McGwire.. still waiting for that one..
).
I got a success and a rare failure today. After 5 or so months Tommy McDonald returned my cards unsigned with a note saying "Thanks for the interest in my career, however I apologize I'm not able to sign due to contract clauses, I only sign at memorabilia shows. Hope to see you there!" Yeah, right on Tommy, I'll catch ya at a Philly sports show (I live in Iowa..)
At least he returned it, I like having closure.
And another ST success.
Michael Cuddyer signed 1/1. I had a cool base card to go along with the custom, however I couldn't find it so it didn't go. But a custom I made of Warrick Dunn must have stuck to the Cuddyer card and ended up along for the ride, it was returned unsigned
. Feel kinda dumb for that, but it's all good. Still super bummed about this paper smearing like this. Appears everything I sent with this paper will come back like this, which bums me out more because I just sent to a bunch of NBA HOF'ers.
Oh well, glad to have this back, he has such an awesome signature.

I was out of town all weekend, so these all came on either Friday, Saturday, or both.
First, Art Donovan signed my custom.

Now, I think I included $5... Not sure though, because I had intended on sending this out, but didn't realize I actually did lol.
Orlando Hudson signed 1/1. Now, the scan does not do this card justice on just how awful and beat up it is. Ink of course is smeared, but the envelope came to be looking like it was crumpled and used in a game of trash can basketball.

Tony Dungy signed 1/1 too.

All these smeared cards will be cuts someday, that's for sure. : /
Still waiting on McGwire and Vlad (I've sent twice). I'll probably be one of the few that gets neither.

Thanks!
Yeah, it is, too big. I'm so bored with the two templates I use. I haven't had much time to try making anything new since December, and probably won't have any until early May when school is over. My buddy got me a cracked version of Photoshop though, so I have that again, I prefer it to GIMP, it does a little more.

We'll throw a pity party. I'm still waiting, and hoping, too.

Don't worry, Vlad and McGwire have shut me out thus far, too. Oh well, not much we can do. That Hudson would be sweet if not for the USPS...

Seems like most of the regulars here in the TTM section haven't gotten them yet.. Weird. Maybe he just hates the Midwest, who knows.
Anyway, I got SIX returns today. I think my high is 5 in one day, mayyybe six, but I'm not sure. This at least ties my high.
First off, some of my Cubbies finally came through for ST!
Thomas Diamond 1/1

New Cubs manager, Mike Quade. 1/1. (Glad the smearing was minimal on this one!)

Darwin Barney 1/1. The custom probably came to him a smeared mess, so I assume that's why he replaced it with this, sorta glad he did.

HOF'er Bob St. Clair 1/1. Included $10 donation.

HOF'er Arnie Risen. Cool that he used a green marker, though it didn't show up the best. Still nice. Didn't smear too bad either.

HOFer Gail Goodrich 1/1
