I know right? His auto looks exactly like Chris Johnson's with that little CJ scribble. I haven't seen an auto of his since he changed to to Ochocinco. Wonder how he kept that short?
Thanks! Outside of a couple juicers that are deceased and a couple of the impossibles, lots of guys in that set are good signers.
Thanks, will do!
Thanks man. And yeah, no kidding. Zero recorded successes. Bummer.
Thanks man!

From yesterday:
Bryce Paup, 1/1.

Glad to add this one. He's been on my list forever but I kept forgetting to send, plus I wanted to see some successes first.. Sometimes it takes him a year. Bryce played college ball right up the road at UNI (same school Kurt Warner went to) and is from Iowa. Won DPOY in '95 too.

Thanks man! Yeah, I even took a look around eBay and unless you find a insert, all his cards kinda stink.

Nothing at all this week except Monday..
Bobby Doerr, 3/3.
First, he signed the 11x14. Immaculate sig, but the USPS ruined this photo, I can't even display it it's got so many wrinkles and dents.

Also signed the 8x10, personalized as requested.

(Thanks for the photo RockiesFan33!)
And I've always loved the look of this card, I even lifted the image off of it for a custom of his a long time ago, I had to send this.

Now, I wouldn't have sent two photos, but I accidently ordered the 8x10 too when I got the 11x14. I sent him $10 for his troubles, such a nice guy.
I'm about done sending photos TTM. Too much money and time putting them together only to have them come back a mess. The PO and or carriers will bend it no matter what it is, and I think they bend it on purpose if it says DO NOT BEND. I write it, and have the PO stamp it on there, no one there can read? The mailers I used were huge, there is no logical reason at all for them to be bent at any time in transit. I'm filing a complaint with my local PO regarding my carrier stuffing DO NOT BEND stuff into my box, doubt it does anything but I'm fed up.Last edited by REDANDGOLDPRIDE; 05-18-2011 at 08:32 PM.

Two in today...
Steve Sabol, 3/3. I wrote Steve a long letter telling him about how much I love NFL Films and I wished him well on his battle with a brain tumor he was diagnosed with earlier this year. I felt kind of weird requesting autographs from him when he's sick like this, but my friend had emailed him a month or so ago wishing him a full recovery and he responded and said he really enjoys the mail and emails he's been getting during his treatments and that it means a lot to him.. So I figured it would be ok., He didn't personalize the IC's (one for me, and one for my friend) but it's ok. I'm really glad to add these to my collection.

And one ST request rolled in. I sent this on literally the last possible day of ST.
Drew Stubbs, 1/1. One of the very few Reds players I don't hate! He's a cool guy. Couldn't find the Topps I had so I sent this. If only the stupid gloss paper hadn't have smeared.. :(
