paypal question

hey i was wondering is there anyone on here that has a paypal that is under the age of 18? or has had a paypal before they were 18? i was wondering cause i want a paypal but it's says i have to be 18 and i see all these younger people buying stuff off ebay and is that your parents paypal or do you have like a bank card or something in your own pay pal?

help would be appreciated :)

You dont have to add a bank account added to your paypal to use paypal. You can just sell cards to other people using paypal to start your own paypal. So a credit card or bank account being hooked up isnt neccessary.

Hey man im 15 and I just use my moms credit card for paypal. When I buy something I just pay her back in cash. but im not sure if you need a bank account or credit card number to register.

I had one when I was 16, but I honestly don't remember how haha.

I just use my dads and I recomend the idea of paying them back it is easier thats what I do

as far as I know, you need a bank account and Canadians may need a credit card as well, can't remember, I signed up in '99, but you definitely need a bank account to verify you, best thing to do is actually read the sign up agreement etc on Paypal site.
