Pretty sure the National Card Day ones count as 'XRC's. The others all are.

The difference is that the National Card Day ones do not have a regular distribution, therefore should not count as RCs.

Powerplay RC's in 05-06 were Redemptions separated in group ( A-B-C-D ) and Powerplay 06-07 Rookies were randomly put in packs. Last year , they were coming as a series with every base cards , just like Ovation is doing since many years. That's why they are not true RC'S.
