Talking Need 98-99 OPC Chrome Help

OK, I know there are a ton of hockey experts here so....

This weekend I'm purchasing near master sets of 98-99 OPC Chrome and 99-00 Topps/OPC Chrome.

Card # 232 is Scott Gomez Rc. This books $4. Got it.
Then there's the refractor that books like $20 or so. This makes perfect sense.
Here's the question. At the bottom of the base set list there is a *232 Scott Gomez refractor. This one books $100. What's the deal with this one, how is it different from the $20 Gomez refractor?

    Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance. Off for a fourth meal run

I think it's a mistake in the OPG - notice the numbering has an asterisk before it, where no others do. It's probably leftover from his "hot list" years - here's a sample of the OPC Chrome RC prices from old listing I have:

    Beckett annual #9 1999
    RC $6
Refractor (10x for stars, 8x for young stars, 4x for RC) $24

    Beckett annual #12 2003
    RC $15
Refractor (10x for stars, 2x for RC) $30

    Beckett magazine May/June 2008
    RC $4
Refractor (10x for stars, 2x for RC) $8

My guess is it was an exception to the multiplier rule when his cards were hot, so they added it in, & have since forgotten it's in there when they update prices since there's a normal one listed. I'd recommend emailing Beckett hockey pricing for sure, but I'd go with the $20.

    Scott out.
