Hey I'm wondering if there is a difference between the blue and red backgrounds? Can you make 2 sets of it? One with each
color

I think the Reds are 1/1's so that's an impossible set to complete. The Blues are numbered to /1948 if I recall correctly.

I think he means the inner background, not the border. There's only one set, there's no parallels for the inner background color. An example is the Kobe base card. They are all red in the background, there's no blue Kobes.
