Actually, all the Thunder Rookies had only swatches of their practice jerseys put into that 08/09 SPA product. No real jerseys were used for the Thunder. Look at the jersey Westbrook is wearing on the card. None of the Thunder players had more than 2 colors swatches.

Yeah I know but where did the tiny letter come from? On the front and back the letters are bigger.

I looked all over the internet for a Thunder practice jersey untucked to see if i could get a look at the laundry tag, but couldn't find one. It would be cool to see what the p. tag looks like to see if it's from that. I think it looks like an "E" from "Thunder" or "m" sideways like a few other said. I really want to know what it is.
