I have a chance to go to Nationals practice this Tuesday. The team will be in Lakeland for a night game, but I'm curious who will be staying behind. I would appreciate any advice from people that have been to a Nationals practice. What time do players show up? Do you have access as the arrive in the morning? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I may also be going to Lakeland to catch the Tigers and Nationals that night. Is there any advice on where to go as the players leave, both Tigers and Nationals? Is there a good place to go to catch Nationals players as they get on the bus?
