If becket has a bv of under $1 and i wanted to sell it if i asked .25 for it would that be to high or should i go down to a .05 or .10 ?( base cards)

It depends on he card TBH
It depends on the number of cards purchased as well as how eager you are to sell :)
Like myself, I am buying 2009 Bowman Chrome RC/PRospect singles. I am looking for common and uncommon. I only pay 10 cents per card across the boar. Some uncommons are 2.00,but I sill will not pay more than a dime.
The seller has to figure is it worth trying to make a quarter and blowing a sale or selling the lot to me and being rid of the cards and so forth.
More than 1 factor into your question and I hope this shows you that ;)
