Who should i collect
I dont collect basketball and i want to collect one player who should i on a budget any thoughts

I would suggest Ramon Sessions cuz he is a good young player and is very cheap

Collect a team is cheaper than player collection. You can buy lower end 1/1 or auto for bench player, and get base card and cheap GU for the starter. You will end up more cards in the end. After that point, you can start to add more expensive stuff.

Taj Gibson, no brainer...Chi Bulls 1st rounder this year. great upside, VERY cheap....

Are you looking to collect a rookie? Few year vet? Long-time vet? Retired? What about your budget? You wanting a home-town player?
Without knowing any of that, I would suggest Danny Granger, since he's a local player.

well im 13 so that kind of budget and it doesnt matter as long as he has auto and patch cards
