    Mtl vs buf...that really hurt!

I am beyond myself, Montreal plays a perfect game only to give up the game with a couple minutes left, these are the types of loses that drive me absolutely mad! I am not a Price fan (hope to become one day) but boy do I feel bad for him, he deserved the shutout, what a great boost that would of been to his confidence but instead he finds himself with a bitter taste in his mouth. If the kid didn't have bad luck he would have no luck at all.

You said it - my heart goes out to him because that was such an injustice. To be 2 minutes away from a shutout and a massive confidence-builder, only to lose the game and have the venom from so-called "fans" come out in full force is just not fair. As he said himself, that outcome was his year in a nutshell.

That was insane. Buffalo too easily got the puck back in front twice to chop in.
Price WAS lucky.....lucky he didn't lose an arm from the chopping.

As a Buffalo fan, I loved the outcome, but the Sabres had no business winning that game. Price played great and Buffalo lost just about every battle for the first 58 minutes. And I say this as a completely biased fan....Drew Stafford was arguably the worst player on the ice last night. It hurt to say that lol

I was at the game too...it wasnt too painful from me seat :) lol

Really though that was the ugliest hockey game iver ever watched. Neither team played well in my opinion. Way to many giveaways on both sides that made the hockey painful to watch...until the last 3 minutes/overtime
