My cut signatures customs

I had few autograph on blank index cards and I decide to make cut signatures cards. (4X6)

Here's the result :

And I put cardboards for the back.

odd that top left and bottom right are so off-centered that they are cropped. Did they sign them off the cards?

Yes they sign them off center. I do my best to centered the signature

how did you make those? did you cut out the rectangle and put the index card behind them? just curious what your process was.
