    lafleurs and dionne

    Got these in a trade. To grade or not. Any thoughts on how you think they will do

    my guess would be:
    LaFleur #1: PSA3-4
    Dionne: PSA6-7
    Lefleur #2: PSA3-4

    IMHO, any vintage is better graded.

    Really? I'd have thought both the Lafleurs would do better. The stain on the RC would drag it down unless he took the qualifier, but the '73 looks pretty good for that set. I'd guess it closer to a 6. For '73 OPC, those are NM edges.

    Nice stuff! Not sure I'd bother with grading, though, unless you're pulling at least a 7.

    I never send cards in for grading (I usually cut them out), but is there not the option to get either a pure grade or a qualified one?

    For example, you could have a card that is a PSA 8 (OC) that would only rate a PSA 6 if they took centering into account. Maybe there are different rules for (ST).
