dont buy it as a single, the set comes with all the rookies i do believe someone correct me if i am wrong, and they come as an uncut sheet so all connected not as singles, most people frame it, as solo cards i personally feel the set is now worthless as if it were kept uncut it would prob get more money

You are correct, UD gives redemption of sets ''complete sheets''... And the sheets are shipped in frames.
The guys got a full sheet of auto patch rookies, and cut them. All the ''singles'' have a blank back, no patch, no autograph and no serial number...

Looks like he is selling them all as singles

I purchased a something similar from the 07-08 Cup set, it was a Ranford Limited Logos, but without the patch or auto or serial number.
Like everyone else has said - These came from an uncut sheet, and then he had someone cut them into singles, so he could sell them off. I don't know about this one - but the Ranford I bought was actually slightly larger than a regular card would be.
I suppose this is an "eBay 1/1". There are likely only 5, or less, of these uncut sheets in circulation - and I'll bet that most remained uncut.
Worth $100 ? Not to me. When the limited logos ones where up..... the seller was trying to get $50 for most of the cards, and didn't sell many. He re-listed them all at $25, and that's when I bought mine - there were no other bids.

Exactly as has been stated - the guy busted the uncut sheet from the frame (the framed sheets usually sell for anywhere from $350-$1000+ depending on which specific sheet is involved, who wants it, and who's selling it. This guy probably bought the framed piece for something closer to $300-350, and figured he could convince enough people that these are legit 1/1's to make a profit. He's probably right, although I doubt he'll make enough profit to be worth the trouble.

I think something like that has to be a complete framed sheet to be worth what it's potential states. Unless it's a Complete framed sheet I wouldn't buy it.

Well since now he has sold about 15 of them in 1 day

I'm not surprised. $100, I think, is way too high - but if he's taking offer on them, and letting them go for a quarter of that, he'll start moving them quickly. I get why a lot of people wouldn't bother with something like this, but there is always someone that will.

I bought the Goligoski and will proudly put it in my collection.
I personnaly see it as part of the history of the card itself like the printing plates would be.
