UD Redemption, horrible experience
So, I bought last week a card from a very good Ebay seller. An Artifacts Panthers Redemptions that would give me a Kulikov Artifacts Rookie /750 I think, not sure when they will be live but still, I wanted that card.
I received it today, everything was good, left my positive feedback to the seller, perhaps I was ready to put the code on the UD redemption site. So, I started scratching ... wasn't working at all. That was kinda weird to start. I didn't wanted the paper to go out by scratching too hard, so I decided to take off the grey paper that is up of the code. The paper all came with it, MY REDEMPTION CODE IS LOST FOREVER NOW. I just lost 7$US, not a lot of money I know, but still enough to make me real mad. Now, I'll have to find another one which isn't as easy as it looks like, because they don't appear that often on ebay or on trades site.
ITG, thank's for doing no redemptions. Congrats on UD for another horrible mistake.

Here's what you do - call Upper Deck and let them know what happened. You are far from the first person that this has happened to this year - they'll ask for you to send in the card to them (you may also be able to go your hobby shop if it's a preferred redemption centre) at which time they'll add the Kulikov to your list of redemptions.
An inconvenience? Yes. Code lost forever. No.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

That's a shame. That should NOT happen. I would contact UD and tell them.

Due To Rules Violations
I can understand your fear and frustration....And its not too say UD isnt somehow to blame...But maybe before ya finish hanging them by their beltloops from the flagpole you should contact their customer service department and briefly give them the skinny on what happened..Just my thoughts
