    Please Help - eBay Problem...

Well, I found one prized piece that I wanted to get (I wont mention what it is), on eBay, bid, and won. This was on March 20th. Well, I paid, and still haven't received the item. I emailed the seller asking for a delivery confirmation number. He gave me the # and said he sent it out priority on March 22nd (so it should be at my place within 3 days). I have been emailing him since Monday of this week saying I still hadn't received it. On top of that, there is "no record of my delivery confirmation number". So, I emailed him and he said he went to the Post Office to check on the situation. He emailed me back saying that in speaking with someone at the Post Office, this only leaves them (the PO) reason to believe that the package never made it out of the PO. So, he's basically telling me its lost at his own post office. He left his name and contact info with the PO and they said they'd get back to him within a few days.

What would you guys do in this situation? Wait for the package to hopefully appear? Or, would you file for a refund now? This item cost roughly $100 delivered.

How is the sellers overall feedback? If I paid $100 for an item and haven't received it yet I would file for a refund. I would keep the money set aside in-case the item did arrive and then I would send the seller the money again.
