My Introduction

Howdy, after about a week of lurking i decided to join. I used to collect basketball cards heavily from 1994-2001 (when there were fancy inserts but nothing was worth a ton) at which time I took a hiatus until now. I got into muscle cars and just took a break. Now I have a gorgeous 1984 Monte Carlo SS and a 1999 Camaro Z28. Anyway, my favorite team is the Orlando Magic as I live in Florida. I've never concentrated on one player or team in collecting and my collection is not too impressive as I can't afford the high end stuff, but I really enjoy knowing there is the possibility of getting something interesting... Thats about it. Glad to be a member.

Welcome to the forums. I'm in the same boat as you in the fact that I collected in the '90s, took a long break, don't have an impressive collection, and can't afford any of the high end stuff.
Let me know if you have any Flair from '97-'98. That might be my favorite set from the '90s.

hope you enjoy it here and build up a sick Magic collection, I mainly collect Nick Anderson and Dwight Howard but pick up a little of each magic player.

My story is very similar to yours in that I use to collect many years ago, before all of these crazy priced packs/boxes. As I grew up, I was more interested in building/racing Muscle cars and Restoring classics. I got back into collecting about a year or so ago, and jumped in head first. Now, Ive got 3 cars in the garage that haven'y been touched in almost a year. Too interested in this Hobby of buying/trading sports cards to do anything else. It runs in phases for me...
