I do not have Photoshop, but I can't imagine the process being much different than Paint Shop Pro. Pick a font you would like to use and download it. When downloaded, it will be a ZIP file. Right click on the ZIP file and EXTRACT FILES. A guide will probably appear for the extraction, and will ask you where you would like to send the files to. BROWSE until you find your FONTS folder. It is probably found at C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\WINNT\Fonts The easiest way to view what fonts you have is to take a look via Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Fonts
The font should automatically appear, with the rest of your fonts, in whichever software you are using. If you do not see it right away, you may have to restart the program or maybe computer.
Enjoy. They have some pretty freaking awesome fonts to use. They really can make you customs 'POP' more. I recommend 'Blade Runner,' a fun futuristic one. There are so many though, all different ways you can use them. There are a few "Flames" or "Fire" themed ones.
