    What I find interesting is how I can just buy a Mason Raymond FW auto, and a Ryan Kesler BAP auto for a grand total of $9...but a sticker dual auto from the MVP sold for or is selling for more than $100! I find that a bit ridiculous when I can get the 2 autos of the same players for 14-15 times less.

    Those are completely different products though, it's like comparing apples to oranges. A lot of people know that MVP One on One autos are extremely short printed and a lot of people try to finish sets.

    It's the same idea behind 2006-07 Parkhurst autos. It's from a set, people put the set together and a lot of people want to finish those sets. That's the only reason why the price is so high.

    To generalize, MOST collectors collect to finish the collection. I'm sure quite a few are OCD and some just feel they are when it comes to collecting.
