Does this look shady?
Was looking through some ebay auctions and came across this. I know its baseball but the sport is irrelivent to the issue.

Now if it is clearly not part of the first auction to show a picture in my opinion is just shady

ok got a response from the person that has it listed as part of the lot (the first auction)
Hello and thanks for your question. The card is included in the lot or I wouldn't have pictured it. I purchased the card from someone I know. He obviously forgot to take out of his eBay store. I'll let him know.
