    2007 Bowman Sterling

In my search for the illustrious Jason Heyward autograph, I recently picked up a box of 2007 Bowman Sterling from eBay. Heyward, being the big pull for prospectors this spring, has been on a tear and I wanted some exposure to the Braves’ prospect. Being a skeptic, I only really buy high end product at a deep discount if I am buying from eBay. You never know when someone is trying to rip you off. 2007 Bowman Sterling is a solid product with lots of big names besides Jason Heyward. Joba Chamberlain, Tim Lincecum, Tim Alderson, Matt LaPorta and Daniel Bard all signed for this product and are all big hits. Here is how I did:

    Rookies:
    Mike Fontenot
    Sean Gallagher
    Carlos Gomez
    Kevin Kouzmanoff
    Mark McLemore
    Billy Butler Refractor 148/199

    Prospects:
    Joe Gaetti
    Mark Hamilton
    Kala Kaaihue
    Zach McAllister
    Michael Saunders
Ryan Klosterman Uncirculated Gold Refractor 1/10

    Relics:
    Barry Bonds
    Ryan Howard
    Tim Hudson
    Tim Wakefield
    David Ortiz Refractor 116/199

    Rookie Autos:
    Joba Chamberlain
    Nick Gorneault
    Josh Hamilton

    Prospect Autos:
    Tim Alderson
    Daniel Bard
    Joe Benson
    Todd Frazier
    Clayton Mortensen
    Josh Outman
    Ben Revere
    Travis Snider
    Brandon MaGee Refractor 155/199

I thought it was a pretty bad break, but then I hit this in the bonus pack:

    Matt LaPorta Black Refractor 25/25

Pretty sick pull at the very end. You can check out the scans here:
