2008 Legendary Cuts Box - Huge Cut Auto

I have opened a couple of boxes of Legendary Cuts before and a number of packs. I haven't really had much to show for it. No Mystery Cuts and no cuts. I can't remember for sure, but, until yesterday, I don't think I had ever pulled any kind of auto from Legendary Cuts. That all changed in a big way. Here are the hits in the order I pulled them, it just kept getting better! Only the cut auto is available. Feel free to shoot me a PM if interested. Thanks for looking!

Travis Buck Destination Stardom Memorabilia GU

Miguel Cabrera Destined for History GU

Bill Mazeroski Legendary Memorabilia GU 21/25

Rogers Hornsby/Chase Utley Generation Memorabilia GU

    Now for the cut...

Eddie Collins Headliners & Heroes Cut Signature 7/7!
    - Now, I knew who Eddie Collins was before I pulled this card. I knew he was old school and the cut was probably pretty valuable. Maybe even a couple of hundred bucks. Well, some of the guys and I were sitting around, watching the Cubs/Braves game and talking and someone decided to pull out their iPhone and see if any Eddie Collins cuts had gone on eBay. None of us could believe what that iPhone said, the last one(just like mine, but numbered 2/7 and not as nice of a cut) went for $1200!!! I still can't believe it.

Wow nice hit man! I personally could never sell a huge hit like this. Till this day I haven't traded my big hits... but I don't blame you for collecting some cash and getting players you really want.

Yeah, I mostly bust for fun and collect a certain player or two. If I can sell a card like this to cover costs(and a lot more ;) ) and keep a bunch of other stuff plus buy a few Chase Daniel cards I'm pretty happy to do so.

Haha actually, that same card (with different cut) was pulled here about a month ago. He never said what he got for it, but it was over $1,000 I believe. Awesome hit...and the dual is pretty sweet too!

I am the one that sold the other on eBay for $1200. Nice pull and if you want to move that one send me a pm.
