    More Ebay Questions

Obviously, Ebay is probably the largest sports card marketplace in the world...but my question is how to title my listed so that it shows up when people search.

For example, if I want to sell a Magic Johnson autographed card from Panini Classics, I would use a title like this:

    Panini Classics Magic Johnson auto

Does this mean that anyone who search for "Magic Johnson auto" or "Magic Johnson autograph" or "Panini Classics" would get my listing as one of their results?

Sometimes I think my listings get lost in the shuffle.

You're right on what will make your card pop up in the searches. However, I've noticed that the cards that sell for the highest tend to have titles like this:
09-10 MAGIC JOHNSON PANINI CLASSICS AUTO ##/## or so forth. Good luck on selling your Magic auto!

Key words would be Magic, AUTO, Panini, and the year. Your cards would sell for a high amount depending on the time you list it.

2009-10 Panini Classics Magic Johnson auto autograph

If this fits at all. And like people said above, key words are "Magic Johnson" and "Auto". Year is not that important since there is only 1 year line of product for Panini.

I have always used this way. If it's a #ed card (ie: 45 out of 99) I would list it like this.

09-10 Panini Classics MAGIC JOHNSON auto #ed 45/99

It is pretty common to use the word "auto" instead of "autograph".
Sellers want as much info in the title as they can get.

I used it as an example. If I had that Magic auto, I wouldn't sell it!
