That's horrible to hear. Always sickening when a card you really wanted arrives crushed by the PO.
Must say though that if you truly believe that the seller did not do anything wrong and the card got trashed in the mail, asking for a refund is kind of unfair. Pretty nice of him to give you a full refund must say but if it was me, and it was the crummy postal service that screwed up the card, I would have taken it on the chin instead of shafting the seller.

So, I called Panini and told them I don't have a wrapper or reciept etc, and they told me to still send the card to them anyway. If they have another Harden like mine, they will stamp it with my card's number and take the one I send them out of circulation. If not, they said they will send me something of equal value. I have to request another Harden, because I really wouldn't want much else.

Hope you return the refund to the seller when panini does take care of you.

I haven't recieved the refund yet because it wasn't going to be issued until I sent the card back to him. I messaged him on ebay and told him I'm sending the card to Panini instead, I'll let him know what happens about the card. I said that I'll try to work it out with Panini instead of him refunding me.
