Question regarding UD Redemptions

Story is my Girlfriend loves the 07-08 Mini Jersey's so everytime I buy cards I pick her up a few Packs. Today she pulls a Redemption card for a Roloson Signed Jersey with an expiry of 3/3/10. Tried to redeem online anyway and short story site said tough luck. If I call customer service has any one else tried to redeem expired redemptions. This one is just over a month expired. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I would call,although upperdecks customer service is less than sterling they should honor a redemption that only expired last month.

i pulled a card on the evening of dec 30th ( didnt have online access to redeem) UD was closed until jan 4th and the card expired on dec 31st...called to redeem and they said sorry its expired....now talk about giving someone an ear full.....needless to say UDs customer service S**ks......but never know...give them a call and hopefully you have a better outcome than me

call customer service and just ask them. it couldn't hurt and i know for a fact some people have been able to get in on the redemption if they still had them in stock.

Never hurts to call.

With them losing the football and the exclusive to hockey they may be more customer friendly, trying to keep what customers they still have satisfied.

Lately it looks like they have stepped up to the plate and have been sending out some pretty decent redemption replacement cards.
Think I will send them a list soon for my Hossa/Datsuk Premier that i have been waiting patiently for the committed athlete to sign

So as a follow up just got off the phone with UD and they are going to redeem the card! No hassle at all, gave him the code and they said card is in stock and will be shipped shortly. Customer reps name was Greg, very nice guy.

Wow, thanks great! Im actually really surprised at that. They normally wouldnt do that. But as another member said, they lost football so they have to make the hockey collectors happy xD

I have a Malkin SPx RC on it's way...... Don't know when, but the redemption was expired by two weeks, and I was informed they had it, and were going to ship it.

I did have to send in the redemption card, with a case # though.
