Tampa bay Lacking Wins?
ya know (this is the first time ive posted on the hockey chat) i dont see alot of TBL games, but i see tons of fire power on that team and i see them also 2nd to last in the eastern conferance, anybody know exactly why? goalie not that great? injuries? i mean stamkos is like 3 in goal scoring in the NHL, and St. Louis is 5th with points scored. They seem like a great team on paper, but stats are no bueno :( ........(fixed it so i didnt look like a complete idiot, lol)

doesnt matter how many goals you score if the other teams scores more

Lacking O? Please tell me you meant lacking D in the title. that team only has offense. I'm not a fan of their defense and mike smith SUCKS this year. I think they got a darn good goalie with a late pick by the name of Dustin Tokarski. He should develop into a solid starter for them and hopefully it will be soon

ya, like i said before i dont see alot of their games, have never been a big fan of TBL but they seem to have a great team, wasnt really sure why they did so bad this year. Also i didnt mean lacking O as they are lacking goals, i know they get plenty of those, but lacking O as to why with so many high scoring players and they are losing. lol, maybe i should have put lacking D....ahh well.

There problem is defense. 210 Goals for it isn't that great since it ranks them tied with Toronto for 13th in the East in goals for. Only the Bruins and Panthers in the East have scored fewer. As for their goals against it is a brutal 256 goals against which ranks them as tied for 2nd worst in the East. Only Toronto is worse.
