The Bruins Made It!
High Expectations were placed on Boston after their second round exit last year. They were a prolific scorer away from a Cup. We walk into this year thinking we were the top team, and we will be the top team. Bergeron goes down, Savard Goes down, Lucic Goes Down, Thomas loses his job to a Rookie, and Matt Hunwick becomes a liability. Everyone counted out the Bruins who were only a shell of its former self... Well, if it were ever true that Defense wins championships, it was proven this year.

-first in the league in defense
-veznia trophy winner as the backup
-rookie earns his starting role
-Johnny Boychuk becomes what Dennis Wideman was last year.

-The Bruins clinched a playoff spot by beating the team that put them out last year...
Good job boys, I'm proud of you.
