Topss actually sent a replacement.
I sent in a pack damaged Rashun Woods Topps DP&P class Marks auto, and got a replacement back of the same card.

Topps is real good about that.
I sent in 75 Draft Golds and 2 auto's that were scratched and they all came back in 8 or 9 days.
Same thing for wrong backed cards last year.
They are quick!

I was really happy that I actually got the same card, and with how quickly I got it. I figured it would take a lot longer to get a replacement. This was my first good experience dealing with Topps. The other few times were with redemptions, and I wasn't that pleased with how things worked went.
