That's my best guess, is the Players Inc Logo. The black, red, and yellow looks like the bottom corner of that.

Hi,
I received your scan and "In My Opinion" that is the Players, Inc. Logo notice the black/red/yellow part. The NFL Logo doesn't have that much blue in it and no where on the falcons jersey would it contain yellow, except on the Players, Inc. logo. If you pulled that congrats you should contact Leaf/Donruss to certify it has been pulled. If you bought that; I'd more than likely say it is a reproduction, because I'm not sure there is a players, inc. tag anywhere on an NFL jersey. That is one of the neatest patches I've seen in my life. Thank you for the scan. I appreciate it.

I wish I knew how I could put the pic on here. It's not the full Players Inc. logo but a corner of it on blue solid material with other stitching.
