    2007 SPx Box Break

Buying stuff on ebay is fun especially if you get it for really cheap. I bought a box of 2007 SPx a while back ago and didn’t get to open it until recently. I was trying to get a nice autograph of Daisuke Matsuzaka and for $44 bucks it was a pretty good deal. 2007 SPx was a good year Tim Lincecum and Daisuke Matsuzaka as the big pulls for the year. I didn’t get either of those guys, but I think I had a decent box. Here is how I did:

    Hits:
    Cal Ripkin Jr. Iron Man
    IM77 442/699
    IM87 243/699
    IM96 488/699

    And…

IM46 1/1, which is kind of cool

    GU/Jerseys
    Jeremy Bonderman 19/199
    Ken Griffey Jr. 120/175
    Aramis Ramirez 177/199
    Alex Rios 189/199
    Josh Willingham 83/175
    Adam LaRoche Patch 15/99

    Autos:
    Hong-Chih Kuo
    Juan Salas
    Shawn Riggins
    Andrew Miller

Overall, it was an ok break. The Kuo auto and the Griffey jersey were kind of cool. The Cal Ripkin 1 of 1 is awesome, as I now have a Babe Ruth one for 2008 SPx and a Barry Sanders one from 2008 SPx football. Here is the gallery:

I think you did really well for $44. I'd have to think the Cal 1/1 would sell pretty well.

I also think you did very well for $44. I would buy those all day long.
