What to do !!
I have a wierd situation with an ebay win ,I got a card for $60 i paid for ,The seller is a repituble guy and trustworthy ,He shipped the card out on 4-1-10 with DC ,The tacking shows the package at the sorting facility at the P.O. in atlanta since 4-4-10 ..However the card has not moved since the 4th of april 9 days ,I asked the P.O. by my house and they say either the package is caught in a machine or has been lost ..rrrgggg.,but it may show up any day ?? should i go by the main sort facility ? ,The seller has offered a refund since it was insured ...Should i keep waiting or get the refund before it's to late ,anyone have this problem before ,I've bought and sold on ebay for 4 years and never had this problem have you ,with the ebayers here I thought i would run this by you guys for advice ...!!

I'd say wait on it. The seller seems to be trusting since he is already offering you a refund. No harm in waiting a bit to see if it pops up.
