    Your prices are @ 60% BV, not 40%.

    15x.40=6-15=9

    25x.40=10-25=15

    If they were @ 60% theyd be under half, which they arent....

    15/2 Isnt 9.....
    25/2 Isnt 15....

    60% of 15 would be 6, not 9....

    You do know that by saying you are selling @ 40% of BV that you're taking 60% off of BV price.

    Which means: 15x.60=9-15= $6
