Central Scoutings head man E.J. McGuire says they had countless arguments on whether to rate Taylor Hall or Tyler Seguin No. 1, going into the draft.
"Lucky there were nine of us, so when we did a hands vote, there was an odd number. The vote was 5-4 every day for a week, but for a different guy. On the last day, Good Friday, it was 5-4 for Seguin," said McGuire.
