Burned for the 2nd time..
Howdy, sent $$ to nbatoppspoker & now i cant send a PM & see hes banned,
if i get burned again 
i believe ill be done here & stop collecting, no disrespect to any of you great traders here but i have so little $$ as it is i dont need R.I.C.K.Y.s ripping me off

Well then it's your fault.. Rules say MSF send first on everything including sales.

USPS MO so ill at least be able to file a mail fraud case with USPS which is no guarantee either for getting my $$ back

Yep, that was him. He got banned the day after I worked out a trade with him, but I still got my end about a week later.
But like others said, he had a MSF tag....not sure why you sent the money out first.
