Knicks would like to keep Bill Walker

The Knicks consider Bill Walker a "good candidate" to return to the team next season.

Walker's contract will be guaranteed if he's still on the team after Aug. 1.

"We like what we've seen," Knicks president Donnie Walsh said. "If he shows he can put in the work this summer, he's a good candidate depending how everything goes."

He's definitely done very well for them since the trade!

Being a bench guy often not used too much for Boston, it was funny to see him go in the Nate-House trade and suddenly score 20+ pts a game for NY. Hope he can be of help to NY next year if he's kept.

He played very well and certainly has been more impressive than Nate in Boston. Could be the most valuable piece coming out of that trade.
