How do you fix the Boxing/MMA Judge problem?

There has been some horrendous judges in boxing and in MMA. The Shogun/Machida fight is just one example. Adalaide Byrd is one of the worst judges I've ever seen, yet she continues to judge boxing and MMA because she is married to a famous ref/judge. I compare her to a waitress that keeps spilling food on customers night after night. If you are terrible at your job you need to go! Cecil Peoples is also terrible!

In my opinion, if a judge continues to score completely lopsided from the other two judges in a fight thee need to be removed. For example, if two judges score a five round fight 50-45 for one fighter and the third judge score it for the other fighter that judge needs to be investigated for gambling and warned. After a few score like that they need to be sent to a review board. The review board could be done with say 20 judges reviewing a fight and scoring it (post fight). If the score is significantly off from the 20 judge average that judge is removed as a judge permanently.

Thoughts? I'm sick of these incompetent judges!

Give the judges televisions and replay.

    this.

they need monitors for the judges to view the fights.

perfect example was the Garcia fight last night, if a judge had a view from behind or the side, it may have looked like Garcia was doing more and winning the fight with those huge haymakers and aggression. but with monitors, they could see he wasnt landing any of them, and eating shots after every miss.

But the judging will never be perfect. 10 must has its flaws, and the -as a whole fight system- they use in japan has its own flaws as well.
