09/10 SPA Question

Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone knows when the release date of SP Authentic is going to be. I thought it was supposed to be released earlier this month but I heard that it was moved to May 6th.

Any comments would be welcome.

I've seen May 4 as the current release date. Don't know how current that might be, though. And I wouldn't bank on it at this point, but I suppose they'll have to release it at some point...

I would concur with the May 4th date.

I've seen May 4th, but Upper deck release dates aren't always release dates. They are more like "the earliest date that it could be released is....". And often times they get changed.

That being said at the top right of SCf, you should see something that says "Articles" If you click on it, you'll be transported to the SCF articles pages. On that page, you'll see articles written by SCF members. I you subscribe to that feed you'll be updated with lots of interested news items, like this one:

UD's facebook says June 1st for SPA... However, I'm not going to believe any release date from Upper Deck until I see the product in front of me.

Wow, a June release for a product that is normally out at the start of April. That's disturbing, since I'll be buying very little at that time.

I still see it as May 4th on the UD website. I emailed UD and I'm still waiting for a response.

ya i have to agree with the fact in june the last thing i tend to have on my mind is busting wax, are all the problems UD have faced been effecting the release dates? i havnt busted any wax this yr just singles, so how were other products release dates?
