    Spurs @ Mavericks game 5

Game is on NBATV. Spurs lead the series 3-1. Mavs hold a 53-46 lead at halftime. Will the Mavericks hold on to win at home, and force a game 6 in San Antonio, or will the Spurs come back to win the series in 5 games?

Mavs are doing well at the moment. If they keep it up they will take this one. Lets just hope they don't run out of steam.

Mavs fan, remember to thank the Wizards for giving you Butler and Haywood.

It was far from a gift, IMO...the Mavs gave up Josh Howard, who is a good player...yes, he was injured 3 games after the trade, but that doesn't take away that he's still a good player...

Mavs won and forced a game 6 back in San Antonio...should be an interesting end to the series. Anyone think the Mavs can pull it off?

Well, anything is possible (lol), and the Mavs are a more likely team to do it than many others..I see the Spurs winning the series though - just one more game for them to do it

He's a problem child pothead, in addition to the fact he wiped out his knee in only a couple games. He probably won't be back either. The Mavs got rid of a problem child and a bunch of scrubs for a star-quality player and two nice complimentary players. Sounds like a gift to me.
